About William

My name is Will. I am a proud Autistic and First Nations advocate with intellectual disability from the LGBTIQA+ community.
I know first-hand what’s needed to help workplaces become more inclusive and supportive of people with a range of additional needs.
Over the past six years, I’ve worked and volunteered with self-advocates, people with disability, neurodivergent/autism advocates, allies, and professionals across state and national levels — including in non-profit disability organisations and state government.
